Returns Policy

1. Returns Overview

At Dent Alert, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products that have been mixed, diluted, or altered
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@dent-alert.co.uk or call us on 07395 834 791
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return address and instructions
  4. Package the item securely and send it to us

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item is faulty or damaged on arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The return is due to our error

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Bank processing times may vary

7. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including original shipping costs.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company - it may take some time for the refund to be posted
  3. Contact your bank - there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
