Dent Alert provides car body repair services including but not limited to dent removal, spray painting, scratch removal, alloy wheel refurbishment, car detailing, valeting, body repairs, and car recovery.
2.1 Quotations
All quotations are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary upon physical inspection of the vehicle.
2.2 Service Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on our workmanship. This warranty covers defects in our work and does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
3. Online Shop
3.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects product colours.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
3.3 Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
3.4 Shipping
We ship within the UK. Free shipping is available on orders over the threshold displayed on our website. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3.5 Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to return unused products in original packaging for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.
